Outdoor Sports Field Strategy: Round 1 Stakeholder Survey

The District of Saanich is developing an Outdoor Sports Field Strategy to evaluate the provision of outdoor sports fields and lacrosse boxes and to identify the long-term systems and resources to support decision-making on asset management, policies, and service delivery. The strategy will identify opportunities for improving equity, inclusion, and participation that will support healthy lifestyles and love of sport. 

As part of the first phase of the project, the District is seeking to better understand the current and future needs for sports fields and lacrosse boxes. This questionnaire is for user groups that use existing outdoor sports fields and lacrosse boxes in the District of Saanich and will gather information about participation (current), trends in participation and demand, the programs and services being provided, and opportunities for the future. 

Questions are organized into five sections:

• Feedback on Saanich Fields
• Partnerships

There is also an opportunity to tell us anything else the is important and should be considered in the Outdoor Sports Field Strategy.
