Construction Progress

This project was completed early in January of 2026. Our contractor will be on-site occasionally over the next few months to complete minor repairs or maintenance work.

Roundabout Now Operational!

Great news! The intersection at Sinclair and Cadboro Bay Road is now operating as a roundabout. Please continue to exercise caution as everyone adjusts to the new traffic flow.

Quick Tips for Navigating the Roundabout:

• Yield to traffic already in the roundabout.
• Maintain a slow speed.
• Use your turn signals to indicate your exit.

While the roundabout has been designed to accommodate large vehicles with a traversable center, the expectation is that drivers will still endeavor to navigate around the central island to the best of their ability, treating it as they would a standard roundabout. This approach promotes safer traffic flow, by reducing vehicle speeds and demonstrates consideration for other road users.
